Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the tender number, description, the closing date and must be posted in time to be sorted into Post Office Box CY 408, Causeway, Harare or hand delivered to The Principal Officer, State Procurement Board, 5th Floor, Old Reserve Bank Building, 76 Samora Machel Avenue, Harare.
There will be a compulsory SITE VISIT for the above Tenders at 1100 hrs on the 3rd of February 2012 at Hwange Power Station and Munyati Power Station respectively.
Interested bidders are required to obtain The Tender document that consists the instructions and scope of work from The Procurement Manager, Zimbabwe Power Company Head Office, 11th Floor Megawatt House, 44 Samora Machel Avenue, Harare upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$10.
Your submission should reach The State Procurement Board not later than the closing date on 21 February 2012. Late submissions will not be accepted.
